The main advantage of our company over others is that we deliver to Spain as well as to other countries and regions. We have a well-developed logistics network and cooperate with various delivery services that can quickly and efficiently transport goods while meeting all necessary requirements.

When an order for medicines is placed through our online pharmacy, our managers process it within 1–2 business days. After that, the customer receives an invoice for payment.

After making the payment, the buyer must provide us with proof of payment in the form of a receipt confirming the purchase. The receipt must include the date and time of payment, the total order amount, and the bank account number of our company to which the funds were transferred.

Order processing takes between 24 and 48 hours after payment is made. During this period, our managers verify the payment status, the bank used for the transaction, the payment method, and other relevant details. Orders are shipped within 7–14 days after payment.

Delivery in Spain is carried out through international courier services. The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days. Once the goods are dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number that allows them to monitor the shipment status and location. We recommend that customers regularly check the tracking information to ensure timely collection of their parcel once it arrives at its destination.

Please note: Our company is not a courier service and is therefore not responsible for parcels once they are in Spain. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it has not yet cleared customs.

Return Policy

Refunds can be issued before the order is packaged and shipped to Spanish customs. Refunds are also possible if the parcel has been returned to our warehouse and has not been delivered to the customer.

This policy has been introduced due to an increase in cases of dishonest refund requests. Some customers request refunds two or three days after shipment, even though the order usually arrives on time, typically within 10 days. Refunds are only processed once the returned parcel has reached our online pharmacy’s warehouse.

Please note! If the customer fails to collect the parcel within the specified time frame or is not available at the address provided during delivery, our company will be required to return the parcel to our warehouse. In this case, the customer has the right to request reshipment but must cover the cost of delivery.

If the customer refuses reshipment, our company will refund the full payment amount, but only 50% of the total sum will be returned. The remaining amount covers additional customs fees and handling charges. Please note that many medicines have a limited shelf life.

Our company’s managers are always ready to help customers choose the right medication. They will recommend suitable products based on your individual needs and desired results. Customers should be aware that pharmaceutical products cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped.

Nevertheless, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the quality of our services and always take their preferences into account. If necessary, our online pharmacy may replace a product with another that has the same active ingredient but comes from a different manufacturer. This replacement is only made if the requested product is out of stock.
